Responsibilities:
According to the needs of market layout of regional sales, cooperate with the solution marketing department to provide technical exchange and support for new customer development to facilitate the cooperation;
Assist regional salespersons in providing technical support, so as to push the achievement of regional annual sales objectives;
In charge of customer support in the target region, answer technical questions and solving problems via instant messenger and E-mail, etc., and be responsible for customer satisfaction with technical services.
Requirements:
Bachelor degree or above, majoring in communications, electronics and computer majors, and work experience in pre-sales or after-sales technical support in communication industry are preferred;
Good attitude, strong communication ability and learning ability, hard working.
